By accessing or using the Business Interaction Zone ("BIZ") website, mobile application, or community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, members, franchisees, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

BIZ provides a structured business networking platform that connects entrepreneurs through local Episodes. Our services include:

• Access to a community of verified business owners and entrepreneurs
• Tools to record, track, and manage business referrals and interactions
• A mobile application for iOS and Android devices
• Episode management features including meetings and attendance tracking
• A member directory visible to other verified BIZ members

To become a BIZ member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be an active business owner, entrepreneur, or professional
• Be referred by an existing member or approved through our application process
• Agree to uphold the values and code of conduct of the BIZ community
• Pay any applicable membership fees as determined by your franchisee

BIZ reserves the right to refuse membership or revoke membership at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or the community's values.

As a BIZ member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile
• Attend Episode meetings regularly and contribute to the community
• Give genuine business referrals only — no false or misleading referrals
• Treat fellow members with respect and professionalism
• Not use the platform to spam, solicit, or engage in unsolicited communications
• Not share member contact details outside the BIZ network without consent
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

BIZ is built on trust, reciprocity, and mutual growth. Members are expected to:

• Act with integrity in all business dealings within and outside the network
• Not represent competing businesses within the same Episode category
• Honour commitments made to fellow members
• Refrain from defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory conduct

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the BIZ community.

All content on the BIZ platform — including the logo, branding, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Business Interaction Zone and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission. By submitting content (such as your profile information or business listings), you grant BIZ a non-exclusive licence to use that content to operate and improve our services.

BIZ provides a platform for networking and referrals but does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenues, or results for members. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of products or services exchanged between members.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Interaction Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access to BIZ services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other members, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting your Episode franchisee or reaching out to us directly. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
